Manuscript Review Information:
The manuscript deadline has been extended two weeks: July 7th, 2011
SUBMIT TWO COPIES of your Manuscript with your check.
The time and location of your manuscript evaluation on Saturday, July 23 will be in your registration packet. Check with manuscript table with on sight questions.
A manuscript critique and a one-on-one meeting with an evaluator are available to registered conference participants for $50. Submit the first fifteen pages of your manuscript. Must be double spaced and typed or printed in 12 pt font on standard 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper. Secure with a paper clip only. No staples. No binders.
Label your manuscript as to genre or type and specify your preferred top 3 evaluators (We cannot guarantee your first choice).
No more than two evaluation submittals per participant will be accepted, please.
Make check for $50 payable to HAWC Manuscript Evaluations, and mail two copies of the writing sample.

Manuscripts submitted for evaluation are eligible for three awards,
I. Mark Austin Segura Award for Fiction,
II. Dixie Lee Connor Writing for Children or Young Adult Award,
III. Ralph McInerny Memorial Award for Mystery Fiction, Novel or Short Story.
Winners will be announced at the Saturday night dinner.
